Mentoring with Monica includes the following:

  1. Initial Phone call to get to know you and what you hope to accomplish-1 hour.
  2. Parental release forms so that you will have permission to video a live class with you as the teacher.
  3. Planning discussion for class to be videotaped, (Via telephone: 30 min)
  4. In depth 1 hour detailed analysis of the videoed class that you are teaching, noting trouble spots and successes. (Via telephone)
  5. Follow up in depth 1 hour detailed analysis of a second videoed class to serve as a basis of comparison, noting changes and improvement. (Via telephone)
  6. Comprehensive 1 hour wrap up discussion solidifying strategies and plans to strengthen weakness, (Via telephone)
  7. Written outline of points discussed via e-mail to reinforce areas that should be improved and to capitalize on what works!
